Our Staff
Our funeral home is a family owned and family operated business. We take pride in the commitment
we have made to our communities. Our employees, and the compassion they exhibit, are the strength
of our firm. In addition to the finest merchandise and facilities in southern Henry county, these men and
women are what sets us apart from other funeral homes.
Ryan was interested in the funeral business as a teenager and worked at Snyder Funeral Home while
in high school. He attended the Defiance College and Northern Kentucky University for pre-mortuary
studies. He obtained his bachelors degree in mortuary science from the Cincinnati College of
Mortuary Science in 1996.
Stephanie graduated from Napoleon High School
in 1991. She received her Bachelors of Arts and
Science from the University of Cincinnati. In 1995
she received her Master of Education from the
University of Toledo. She is a Speech/Language
Pathologist. She is currently serving her funeral
director's apprenticeship.
Together they have three children, Noah age 11,
Grace age 9 and Levi age 6. They live in New
Bavaria and worship at the Holgate United
Methodist Church.
Jim and Sandy assist us working in various capacities.
Jim is a retired electrician. He worked for Geiger
Electric and retired from Tas Electric in 1999. Sandy is
a domestic engineer.
They have been working with us since we opened our
doors in August of 2006. They live in Holgate and
worship at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Holgate.
Jerry and Wilma assist us working in various
capacities. Jerry worked as an electrician
retiring in 2005 from Tennico. Wilma is a home
maker.
They have been working with the funeral home
since we opened our doors in August of 2006.
They live in Holgate and worship at the Hope
Lutheran Church, Hamler.
Dennis and Jean assist us working in various
capacities.
Dennis is an English teacher at Holgate High School.
Jean retired from nursing in 2006, having worked for
Defiance Family Physicians.
They live in New Bavaria and worship at the Leipsic
United Methodist Church.
