Bill Mack Hall

Bill M. Hall age 84, of Hamler, died Friday evening, April 26, 2024 at Vancrest of Holgate.

His Legacy… He was born May 22, 1939, in.  In July of 1965, he married Ruth Tallman. Bill retired from GM Powertrain, Defiance.  He was a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church, Hamler.  In years past, he enjoyed golf, bowling and attending Cincinnati Reds ball games.  Even now, he enjoyed watching a good Reds game on tv.

His Family… Bill is survived by sons: Jerry (Toby) Richard, Defiance and Billy (Melinda) Hall, Defiance; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and siblings: Geneva Pierson, Amissville, VA, Janet Hackenworth, Wharton, OH, Anna Jordan, Beaver, OH, Pamela (David) Colley, Chillicothe, OH, Brenda Southworth, Lucasville, OH and Teresa (James) Porter, Crawfordville, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Bill was preceded in death by his wife Ruth on March 25, 2022, a son James Mark Richard and a brother Wayford Hall.

His Farewell Services… Friends will be received in Zachrich Family Funeral Home of Holgate on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 10:00 am until the service at 11:00 am with Pastor Richard Sauerlender officiating.  Burial will follow in Morrison Cemetery, Liberty Center.  Contributions in Bill’s memory can be made to Alzheimer Association or American Cancer Society.
