Dinah A. Kruse

Dinah Ann (Freese) Kruse, 67, of Hamler, Ohio, passed on to her heavenly reward on February 24, 2011, at her home surrounded by her family.
Her Legacy… Dinah was born on May 18, 1943, in Columbus, Ohio, to Russell and Ruth Freese. She grew-up in the Columbus area and attended North High School and later graduated from Worthington High School. She married Dan Damon Kruse on March 22, 1975, and they attended Grace Brethren Church in Worthington, Ohio.
Dinah was a dedicated Christ follower, wife, and mother and her love and dedication to her family and faith was exceedingly evident to all who knew her. She used these gifts to show the love of Christ to not only her family and friends, but the many people she met through teaching Bible Study, Sunday School, and volunteering at Harc Ministries, a juvenile prison ministry dedicated to teaching troubled youth the love of Christ.
Dinah also had a tremendous love for horses and spent a lifetime devoted to raising, training, and caring for them. She started Greentree Stables and later Legacy Farms with her husband and also supported her daughters' love of showing horses.
Her Family… Dinah is survived by her husband, Dan; children, Christina Hawley and Anna Limbird (Dave); brother, Paul (Linda); and grandson, Eli.
Her Funeral Farewell… Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m., on Monday, Feb. 28, 2011, at the Napoleon Church of the Nazarene, in Napoleon, Ohio. The burial ceremony will take place immediately following at Richfield Township Cemetery on Co. J.
Friends may call on Sunday, Feb. 27, from 2-4 p.m., and 6-8 p.m., at the Zachrich Funeral Home in Holgate, Ohio, and 10 a.m., Monday at the church.

The family suggests memorials be sent to Harc Ministry (P.O. Box 745, Defiance, Ohio 43512), Gideons International, or charity of donor's choice.
