Jeannene Borer

Jeannene Borer age 77, of New Bavaria, died in her home on Tuesday morning, January 29, 2013.
Her Legacy… She was born June 4, 1935 to Cletus and Marie Like.  On October 11, 1958 she married Gerald I. Borer in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, New Bavaria.  Jeannene was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rosary Altar Society, and the Election Board for many years.
Her Family… She is survived by daughters, Suzette Newman, Napoleon, Cheryl Kuhn, Holgate and Theresa (Terry) Gineman, Holgate; sons, Scott (Terry) Borer, Chesepeak, VA and Jerome Borer, New Bavaria; 8 grandchildren, Darrell Kuhn, Shawna Sonnenberg, Brad Borer, Paige, Allison, and Adrienne Gineman, and Amanda and Dylan Borer; and 1 great granddaughter, Grace Sonnenberg.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald, and her parents.
Her Farewell Services… Friends will be received in the Zachrich Funeral Home, Holgate on Friday from 2-5 and 6-8 pm, with a rosary service being held at 7pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 10:30 am in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, New Bavaria with Father Stephen Stanbery officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Condolences can be made in Jeannene’s memory to the American Cancer Society.
