Robert John Purdy age 81, died Sunday, December 8, 2024 at the Toledo Hospital.
Robert was born August 18, 1943 to John and Mary (Parks) Purdy. Bob married Carol Butler March 4, 1967.He was employed by Campbell Soup Company for 30 years, retiring in 2003. In his younger days, Bob enjoyed hunting and trapping. He led a simple life, spending time in his yard mowing.
John is survived by his wife Carol and a son Gary Purdy, New Bavaria.
Friends and family will be received in the Zachrich Family Funeral Home, 114 William Street, Holgate on Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 4-6:00 pm. Burial will be private.
