Johnny Ray Fleetwood

Johnny Ray Fleetwood age 66, of Holgate, died in his daughters Ney home on Friday morning, July 11, 2025. He was born December 5, 1958 to Earl and Doris (Riley) Fleetwood in Mountain Grove, Missouri. Johnny graduated from Holgate High School in 1977. On June 26, 1987, he married Bonnie Jean Hahn. Johnny was employed with Campbell's Company. He was a member of the Eagles and an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting. He worked with his hands, whether it was working on a car or taxidermy. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, specifically his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Bonnie; children: Carey (Lance) Rosebrook, Ney, Irene Fleetwood, Defiance, Joshua (Melissa) Fleetwood, Holgate and Chelsea (Matt Newbauer) Fleetwood, St. Mary's, Ohio, 9 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and he was one of nine children.

There will be a celebration of Johnny's life on August 30 at the Defiance Eagles from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Zachrich Family Funeral Home of Holgate.
