Judith Walters

Judith Jo Walters age 72, of Napoleon died Monday morning, April 10, 2017 surrounded by her family at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
Her Legacy… She was born October 8, 1944 to William H. and Mildred V. (Van Horn) Gerdeman. On April 4, 1987 she married Larry D. Walters. She was a member of Sharon United Methodist Church, Napoleon and Women of the Moose. She had been employed by Campbell Soup Company and Truckers Paradise.
Her Family… Judy is survived by children: Laura Weeden, Hartford, MI, Carrie Rosenberger, Napoleon, Elizabeth Walters, Liberty Center, and Brenda Dulaney, Pandora, Rey Bullock, Bluffton, Ryan Bullock Walters, Van Wert, Elliot Bullock, Fort Jennings and Eric Walters, Ottawa; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; siblings: Bill (Sylvia) Gerdeman, Jim (Beverly) Gerdeman, Barb (Don) Steele, Bonnie (Bill) Baden, Dave Gerdeman, Dan (Karen) Gerdeman, Tom (Bonnie) Gerdeman, Ron (Sherie) Gerdeman, Connie Gerdeman, Diane Gerdeman, and many nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband Larry in 2012; great grandson Israel Rey David Bullock, and a brother Joe Gerdeman.
Her Farewell Services… Friends will be received in the Zachrich Funeral Home, 114 William Street, Holgate on Friday from 2-8 pm. Everyone is welcome to the funeral home on Saturday, April 15, 2016 at 10 am with the celebration of Judy’s life at 11:00 am with Reverend Susan St. Peter officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Napoleon. Contribution’s made in Judy’s name can be made to Defiance Area In patient Hospice Center or Henry County Transportation Network.
