Kathryn Jacobs

Kathryn Jacobs age 82, of Holgate, died early Friday morning, November 28, 2025 at Mercy Defiance Hospital.

Her Legacy... Kathryn was born June 12, 1943 to Julian and Rosemary (Mansfield) Heitman in Napoleon. In 1964, she married John Jacobs, Sr. in Chicago. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Holgate. Kathryn was a homemaker but worked at Lowe's in Defiance for about 10 years.

Her Family... She is survived by her two sons, John (Kim) Jacobs, Napoleon and Michael Jacobs, FL and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers: Fred, William and Julian

Her Farewell Services... Friends will be received in the Zachrich Family Funeral Home of Holgate on Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 4-7:00 pm. On Friday at 10:00 am there will be another visitation at the funeral home until the service at 11:00 am with Reverend James Haugen officiating.
