Mary K. Miley

Mary K. Miley age 77, of Holgate, died Sunday, April 10, 2022 at St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center, Toledo surrounded by loved ones.

Her Legacy… Mary was born October 13, 1944 in Napoleon to Charles and Sylvia (Naveau) Knapp.  In 1962, she graduated from Napoleon High School.  On July 11, 1964, she married Thomas Miley.  Mary worked for Napco Plastics, Napoleon for 16 years.  She was a member of the Holgate United Methodist Church where she was once the janitor.  Mary was also a member of the Holgate Lions Club.

Her Family… She is survived by her loving husband Tom; sons: Marc Miley, Napoleon and Curtis Miley, Napoleon; granddaughter Thera (Parker Wittenmyer) Miley, Defiance and many “adopted grandchildren.”  Proceeding Mary in death was  a brother, Myron “Mac” Knapp.

Her Farewell Services… Friends will be received in the Zachrich Family Funeral Home, 114 William Street, Holgate on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 3:00 pm until the celebration of Mary’s life at 4:00 pm.  Burial will follow in Hoy Cemetery, Napoleon.  Contributions can be made to the Holgate United Methodist Church .
