Naomi G. Crase

Naomi G. Crase age 89, of New Bavaria, died Sunday morning, August 16, 2026 at the Defiance Hospice In-patient Center.

She was born October 14, 1936 to Jerry Weldon and Mary Alice (Pelfrey) Bach in Jackson, Kentucky. She graduated high school and received her MBI in KY. She was a self-employed beautician. On October 19, 1953, she married Lemel Crase. She attended the First Baptist Church in Holgate.

Naomi is survived by her children: Kathy Lynn (Anthony Gene) Powers, Ayersville and Jerry Weldon Crase, New Bavaria; 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Lemel, daughter Sheryl June Crase, son Farrell Wayne Crase, sisters Imogean Perkins and Vernell flowers and granddaughters Dawn and Farah.

There will be no services in Ohio but she will have services and burial where she was born, in Jackson Kentucky.
