Randall Smith

Randall Lee Smith age 65, of Hamler, died Friday, February 25, 2022 at Laurels of Defiance after a short battle with cancer.

His Legacy… Randy was born March 15, 1956 to Robert and Irene Smith in Defiance.  He graduated from Patrick Henry High School/Four County Career Center and was a member of First Church of God, Defiance.  He was a welder and good with his hands.  He was an attendant/mechanic with his father at the Marathon station.

His Family… He is survived by his significant other, Lou Brooks; children: Shonta Smith, Defiance, Dale Smith, Missouri and Rebecca Smith, California; step children: Tonya Ledford, Oklahoma, Pepper   Heacock, Hamler and Terry Winter, Indiana; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; siblings: Deb (Bob) Hastedt, Hamler, Chad (Nicole) Smith, Oklahoma, Rodney (Tom) Smith, Arizona and aunt Rose Smith, Malinta.
