Santos Q. Orozco age 64, died Saturday, January 28, 2017 in his Holgate home.
His Legacy… He was born on August 24, 1952 to Santos and Guadalupe (Quintana) Orozco in Chihuahua, Mexico. On August 30, 1980, Santos married Odile “Lilly” Casarez in Cleveland. Santos worked at Campbell Soup Company for 41 years retiring in 2014. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Holgate and the Northwest Ohio Cursillo Movement. He enjoyed to play music, dancing with Lilly, and spending time with his grandbabies.
His Family… Santos is survived by his loving wife Lilly; children: Santos C. Orozco, Jr. (Sara), Leipsic, Rafael A. Orozco, Holgate and Anna M. Bremer (Robert), Malinta; 3 grandchildren, Elizabeth, BellaDonna, and Santos; siblings: Ramon, Javier, Sister Ernestina, Amada Morales and Maria Eufemia Gonzalez. He was preceded in death by his parents Santos and Guadalupe and brothers Alex and Rafael.
His Farewell Services… Friends will be received in the Zachrich Funeral Home , 114 William Street, Holgate on Wednesday from 2-4 and 5-8 pm. A mass of Christian burial will be Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 10:30 am in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Holgate with Father Nick Cunningham officiating. Contributions made in Santos memory can be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church or Cursillo Movement.
