In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Walter Herbert, Harry Arthur, his sister Frances Eva (Raines) Munson, half-sister Margaret Catherine (Nash) Jurgensen, and his son Clifford Thomas Raines, Jr.  Surviving in addition to his wife Kay (Snyder) Raines, are his daughters Colleen Watson and her husband Kevin of Peoria, AZ, Sharon Rennick and her husband Randal of La Mesa, CA, Robin Raines-Bond and her husband Wayne of Heber City, UT, seven grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
